Good to know: on a phone shell the lettering is printed, applied by dye sublimation as part of the same edge-to-edge pass as the design around it. There is no raised indent to feel — that is the debossing on our Kindle and iPad folios, and it is not what happens here. Two or three letters works best; longer strings shrink to fit. Because your case is made to your text, it can't be returned unless it arrives faulty or incorrect.

Deep burgundy ribbed with fine vertical pinstripes, close-set and catching the light so the case changes tone as you turn it — closer to grosgrain ribbon than to shirting. Your initials sit low and centered in a fine serif, printed into the stripe rather than stamped over it.

Two or three letters works best; longer strings shrink to fit and lose their weight against the stripe. The initials are printed as part of the full-wrap design — this is not the debossed lettering used on our Kindle folios, and it will not catch the light differently from the rest of the case. Because each one is made to your text, personalized cases cannot be returned unless faulty.

Personalized cases are final sale. Because your case is made with your own text, we can't resell it, so it can't be returned or exchanged for a change of mind — please double-check your spelling and your phone model before you order.

If your case arrives faulty, damaged, or the personalization doesn't match what you submitted, email contact@casenoir.com within 30 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full, return shipping on us.
