Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Kindle case. If something isn't quite right, we offer exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order — provided the case is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

We don't offer refunds, so please double-check your Kindle model and design before checking out.

To start an exchange, email us at contact@casenoir.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange. Cases sent back without contacting us first can't be processed.

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your case is faulty, damaged, or you've received the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@casenoir.com and we'll make it right — return shipping in these cases is on us.

For all other exchanges, return shipping is covered by you.

What can't be exchanged

  • Customized Kindle cases (monogrammed, personalized with a name, or printed with your photo) — these are made to order and final sale
  • Sale items and gift cards

The fastest way to swap

Exchanges are processed once we receive and inspect your case. To get your new design quicker, we recommend placing a new order straight away and starting the exchange in parallel.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off period

If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason. The case must be unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. This right does not apply to customized cases, which are exempt under EU consumer law as made-to-order goods.

Approved EU cancellations are refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Your bank may take a few additional days to post the refund.
