Good to know: on a Kindle folio the lettering is debossed — pressed into the vegan PU cover as a subtle indent, not printed and not foiled. Photos should be at least 1500 × 2000px and portrait, with important detail kept away from the edges. Because your case is made with your own text or photo, it can't be returned unless it arrives faulty or incorrect.

For the best result

• Upload the largest, highest-resolution version you have — ideally at least 1500 × 2000 pixels. Small or screenshotted images can look soft or pixelated once printed.
• The print area is portrait (taller than it is wide). Photos in this shape fill the cover best; very wide or square photos may crop to fit — the live preview shows you exactly how it'll sit.
• Keep faces and key details slightly in from the edges, as a few millimeters wrap around the sides of the case.
• JPEG or PNG both work perfectly.

Personalized cases are final sale. Because your case is made with your own text or photo, we can't resell it, so it can't be returned or exchanged for a change of mind — please double-check your spelling and your Kindle model before you order.

If your case arrives faulty, damaged, or the personalization doesn't match what you submitted, email contact@casenoir.com within 30 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full, return shipping on us.
