Why the print does not wear off

The design sits under a protective coated finish rather than on the outside surface, which is what stops it fading, blurring or rubbing away at the corner where your hand rests when you close the lid.

What damages any printed surface is alcohol. Hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes and surface spray lift print off — not stain it, lift it — and the pale patch does not come back. A soft cloth, barely damp with water, is the whole routine.

Why matte and not gloss

A laptop lid sits under overhead lighting for hours at a time, and gloss turns that into a mirror — you see the ceiling light rather than the design. Matte scatters it, so the print stays readable from any angle, and it hides fingerprints in a way gloss cannot.

Returns & Exchanges

If something's not quite right, we offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery — as long as the case is unused and back in its original packaging.

Please note: personalized cases can't be returned unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.

Return shipping is covered by you on a change of mind. If your case arrived damaged, faulty, or it's the wrong item, it's on us and we'll replace it or refund you in full.

Check your model carefully before checking out — the Air 13.6 and the Pro 13.3 are the same width, and that is the most common wrong order we see.
