Gilded Cosmos MacBook Case

Choose your model above. We make this case in five sizes:

• MacBook Air 13.6"
• MacBook Air 15.3"
• MacBook Pro 13.3"
• MacBook Pro 14"
• MacBook Pro 16"

Watch out: the MacBook Air 13.6 and the MacBook Pro 13.3 are exactly the same width. The Pro is deeper. Measuring will not settle it — click the Apple menu, then About This Mac, and read the first line.

Does not fit: MacBook Pro 15-inch and earlier, the 12-inch MacBook, or older MacBook Air bodies.

Full measurements in the size guide.

Glowing golden planets and shimmering stars drifting through swirls of midnight blue and teal — a gilded, dreamlike cosmos with a painterly touch.

The print runs edge to edge across the whole lid — a MacBook is the biggest canvas this design gets, so every detail finally has room. Made to match the Gilded Cosmos Kindle case.

Two-piece snap-on hard shell: the printed top covers the lid, and a clear frosted base protects the underside, with rubber feet and full venting so your MacBook stays cool. Precise cut-outs keep every port and button reachable. Choose your exact model — the print is sized to each lid.

• Matte case with a matte print finish
• Thin, flexible 210µ material with a protective coated surface that resists scratching and keeps the print from fading or blurring
• Snaps on and off in seconds — no tools
• All ports, vents and buttons stay fully accessible
• Non-slip surface, so the laptop stays put on a desk or table
• Lightweight, so it keeps the MacBook's original portability
• Five sizes across MacBook Air and MacBook Pro

Please note: this is a slim printed cover, not an armored or rugged case. It is made to resist everyday scratches and scuffs and to change how the laptop looks — it is not drop protection and we do not claim a drop rating.

Why the print does not wear off

The design sits under a protective coated finish rather than on the outside surface, which is what stops it fading, blurring or rubbing away at the corner where your hand rests when you close the lid.

What damages any printed surface is alcohol. Hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes and surface spray lift print off — not stain it, lift it — and the pale patch does not come back. A soft cloth, barely damp with water, is the whole routine.

Why matte and not gloss

A laptop lid sits under overhead lighting for hours at a time, and gloss turns that into a mirror — you see the ceiling light rather than the design. Matte scatters it, so the print stays readable from any angle, and it hides fingerprints in a way gloss cannot.

Returns & Exchanges

Every case is printed to order, just for you — so we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Check your model carefully before checking out — the Air 13.6 and the Pro 13.3 are the same width, and that is the most common wrong order we see.

If your case arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, it's on us. Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or refund you in full — no need to send anything back.
