Navy, steel blue and ice-white shards fitted back together, every seam traced in gold — kintsugi, where the break is the decoration rather than the damage.

Shrinking this one costs it nothing. There's no motif to lose and no orientation to get wrong: at lid size you get three or four shards and a couple of gold seams, which is the whole design in miniature.

Why the print does not wear off

The design is applied by dye sublimation, which means the color goes into the surface of the polycarbonate rather than sitting on top of it as a film or a wrap. There is no printed layer to peel at the corners, and nothing to scuff off where your fingers rest.

What damages it is alcohol. Hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes and surface spray will lift print off any printed case — not stain it, lift it — and the pale patch does not come back. That matters more here than anywhere else in the range, because this is the item most likely to share a pocket with a bottle of sanitizer. A dry cloth is the whole routine. Full cleaning guide.

Why we don't make clear cases

Clear plastic yellows as it reacts to UV light and the oils on your hands, starting at the corners where you hold it. It cannot be cleaned off, because the discoloration is inside the material. Our color is part of the print, so it stays the way it looked on day one.

Returns & Exchanges

If something's not quite right, we offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery — as long as the case is unused and back in its original packaging.

Please note: personalized cases can't be returned unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.

Return shipping is covered by you on a change of mind. If your case arrived damaged, faulty, or it's the wrong item, it's on us and we'll replace it or refund you in full.

We don't offer refunds on change-of-mind returns, so please check your model carefully before checking out — the AirPods Pro 1st and 2nd generation are only 5 mm apart.
