Floral Kindle cases

Every floral design in the range, pulled out of the collections they normally live in. Wildflowers and pressed herbs from Jardin Secret, damask and gilded blossom from Maison Noir, ditsy roses from Quiet Bookish, and the personalized floral name designs — all in one grid, because "I want a floral one" is how people actually shop.

Which kind of floral are you after?

Three distinct things live here and they behave very differently in a room. Cottagecore is loose and hand-drawn — wildflowers, meadow grasses, pressed herbs on cream and sage, the sense of something gathered on a walk. Botanical is tighter and more formal: repeating stems, even spacing, closer to a wallpaper or a fabric swatch. Heritage floral is the heaviest — damask scrollwork, gilded magnolia, ornate framing, borrowed from endpapers and William Morris textiles rather than from a garden.

Cottagecore reads warmest in person. Botanical is the one that looks most grown-up next to a laptop. Heritage is the one people buy as a gift.

Does the pattern wrap around the back?

No, and this is the collection where people most often assume it does. The print is on the front cover only; the back panel is plain matte black on every design. A wraparound meadow sounds lovely and simply isn't what this is.

The best florals to personalize

Debossed lettering needs breathing room, so the florals with a clear centre or an open ground take a name far better than an edge-to-edge scatter does. The personalized floral designs — antique rose, burgundy peony, vintage rose — are drawn with that space built in. On a dense wildflower print there's nowhere for a name to land without competing with the art.

How a floral wears

Ground colour matters more than the flowers. Cream and bone show corner rub within a year of being carried loose in a bag; sage, moss and deep burgundy don't. If you want the case to still look new in two years, buy from the darker end — the Moss Damask and Forest Canopy side of this collection rather than the pale side.
