Orders are generally dispatched daily before 10am from our warehouse. During busy periods, please allow 1–2 business days for your order to make its way out the door. Once it's posted, you'll get tracking so you can follow it home - wherever home is.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Kindle case. If something's not quite right, we offer exchanges on full-price Kindle cases within 30 days of purchase — as long as it's unused and back in its original packaging.
Please note: Customized Kindle Cases can not be returned.
Return shipping is covered by you, unless your case arrived damaged, faulty, or it's the wrong item. In that case, it's on us, and we'll sort it for you as soon as we can.
We don't offer refunds, so please choose your device and design carefully before checking out.

How to add your photo
- Click Personalize to open the design window.
- Under Image, tap + Image and choose the photo from your device, then hit Continue.
- On Review your design, check the preview and press Save design.
- Add to cart and check out — your saved photo comes through with the order automatically. Nothing to email us.
For the best result
- Upload the largest, highest-resolution version you have — ideally at least 1500 × 2000 pixels. Small or screenshotted images can look soft or pixelated once printed.
- The print area is portrait (taller than it is wide). Photos in this shape fill the cover best; very wide or square photos may crop to fit — the live preview shows you exactly how it'll sit.
- Keep faces and key details slightly in from the edges, as a few millimetres wrap around the sides of the case.
- JPEG or PNG both work perfectly.
Good to know
- The photo prints on the front cover only — the back is plain matte black.
- Whatever you see in the preview is what we print, so give it a final look before saving.
- Please only upload images you own or have the right to use.
- As each case is made to order with your image, photo cases can't be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
