Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Kindle case. If something's not quite right, we offer exchanges on full-price Kindle cases within 30 days of purchase — as long as it's unused and back in its original packaging.

Please note: Customized Kindle Cases can not be returned.

Return shipping is covered by you, unless your case arrived damaged, faulty, or it's the wrong item. In that case, it's on us, and we'll sort it for you as soon as we can.

We don't offer refunds, so please choose your device and design carefully before checking out.

  • The monogram is debossed (pressed into the surface), not foil or printed gold.
  • As each case is made to order with your initials, personalized cases can't be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
